1. Who we are.

2. Our products.

TuPadel sells digital products — including AI travel prompt packs, mini-guides, and related content — primarily delivered as PDF downloads. All products are for personal use only. You may use them on as many of your own devices as you like, forever.

3. What you can't do.

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, share, copy, or republish our products
• Use our content to create competing products
• Translate, adapt, or modify our content for commercial use
• Strip, remove, or alter our branding, copyrights, or attributions
• Use our products for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer our website or services

One purchase = one personal license. Sharing your PDF with friends is technically not allowed, but we trust you to do the right thing.

4. Intellectual property.

All content on tupadel.es — including our prompts, guides, design, branding, copy, photographs, and code — is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use what you bought. You do not own the content; you own a license to use it.

5. Pricing & payment.

Prices are shown on the website in EUR (€) and may change at any time. Once you have purchased a product at a given price, you keep what you bought at that price — we won't charge you more later. Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full payment details.

6. Refunds.

7. AI tools and third-party services.

Our prompts are designed to be used with third-party AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. We are not affiliated with these companies and have no control over their availability, pricing, accuracy, or terms of service. Their use is governed by their own terms.

8. Account & communication.

If you join our email list, app waitlist, or "inner circle", we may send you product updates, new feature announcements, and occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our products, services, or website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to travel disruptions, missed flights, accidents, illness, theft, lost profits, or lost data. 10. Changes to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or products after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
